I am passionate about healthy, fruitful, multiplying Kingdom community. I am the managing director of NCD Australia and part of the leadership team of NCD International where I am developing NCD Denominational teams, implementation resources and am the architect of the expanding NCD online community. In 2004 I co-developed the NCD Profile Plus detailed analysis tool and in 2005 developed the 3 Color NCD Growth Cycle. More recently I have developed the NCD Result Guide system used in Australia to increase team involvement in the NCD process and provide NCD results in a language suited to different kinds of people within a church. I love my wife, 4 children and the rest of my oikos and enjoy small farming, drumming and playing the trombone. Oh, and I think Jesus is an absolute genius (and his Dad and Spirit are pretty clever as well).

    Brisbane

I live in Brisbane, Australia, am in my twenties and work full-time for NCD. I absolutely love my job and enjoy seeing the fruit come forth from churches when they engage with NCD. It's exciting to see individuals passionate about God as they use their heads, hands and hearts to impact other people's lives with the Good News of Jesus. In my spare time I love nature photography, paper quilling, catching up with friends over hot chocolate (non-coffee drinker here!) and playing tennis.

I am a co-director for NCD Australia, the National Partner for Natural Church Development in Australia and South Pacific. I am also the leader of a local Salvation Army church planting church which has journeyed with NCD for over 12 profiles. In Australia I'm primarily responsible for exploring the application of the principles of NCD to new expressions of the church (incarnational missions, emerging church, etc) and not for profit organisations (known as Organic Quality Management - O.Q.M.) I work in coaching, training and results debriefing with both Salvation Army Territories in Australia to raise up a culture of natural church development.

I've been around NCD so long now I see my life in two stages: pre-NCD and post-NCD. (Is there a third stage?) From early 1999 to 2005 I headed up NCD Australia. 2007-2008 saw me running NCD in Canada. Now I get involved wherever my expertise is required, whether that be with churches, denominational leaders or NCD National Partners. Over the years I've been involved in strategic planning, resource development, training, coaching and speaking engagements. All this has somehow qualified me to be a member of the NCD International Advisory Group, a covert network of individuals dedicated to subverting the dominant denominational paradigm.
